CaRD Mail Add-In for Google Workspace

The same filing for companies that do not run Outlook — a side panel in Gmail, with the same service behind it.

The filing problem does not depend on the mail client: in Google Workspace too, transaction correspondence sits in mailboxes rather than on the business object. The Gmail edition of the CaRD Mail Add-In appears as a side panel in Gmail — open the message, pick the object, file, done.

One service for two mail worlds

Behind the Gmail edition sits the same service as behind the Outlook edition: the same SAP connection, the same profiles, the same configuration. A company running both worlds — after an acquisition, for instance — therefore needs no second SAP connection and no second set of operations, just another front end on the service already in place.

Deliberately lean

Google prescribes its own card layout for add-ons, which leaves less design freedom than a free-form interface. The result is correspondingly reduced: pick the object, check the preview, file. In daily use that is an advantage rather than a limitation — there is nothing to explain.

Provisioning stays with you

The add-on is provisioned in your own Google Workspace account. Approval and user assignment therefore stay in your hands, and no dependency on publication by a third party arises. As in the Outlook edition, the SAP credentials live in the service you operate.
