We do not sell licence keys through a shopping cart. Every tool here grew out of a customer project, is maintained by us and rolled out by us. Which means: before you buy you talk to someone who knows the product — and afterwards to the same person.

Yes. A maintenance and support contract can be agreed for every tool, on request with 24/7 availability. For many products an introduction and process consulting are part of the scope.
Can the tools be adapted to individual requirements?
Most tools offer an extension concept allowing additional functions — implemented by you or by us. Alternatively we take certain extensions into the standard; that is agreed case by case.
Can you also adapt existing S/4 processes?
