ArchiveLink Metadata Export for SAP® and ELO®
Gives documents stored from SAP a real index in ELO — sourced from business object or document info record, with virtually no limits.
Documents that reach ELO from SAP are hard to retrieve there without additional information. This add-on supplies the matching index data: it determines classification information in SAP and transfers it into the ELO index. The reverse direction can be modelled as well.
Values come either from the business object (BOR) — an FI document for instance — or from the classification of a document info record. Virtually any SAP business object qualifies as a source. Beyond that, derived information can be added — for example the postal code and city belonging to a vendor number — so the index is complete without any rework.
