ArchiveLink Migration — SAP Repository Tool
Change your archive vendor without losing your document history — fully automatic, per document type, reversible at any time.
The ArchiveLink Migration Tool moves objects fully automatically from a source to a target archive. The only prerequisite: both archives are set up through the standard SAP ArchiveLink interface. You decide whether individual document types or the entire archive move — and you can switch from an existing to a new document type in the same run.
Typical scenarios are moving from OpenText (IXOS) to d.velop, from DocuWare to ELO, or from a local archive to SharePoint or cloud storage. Because everything runs through ArchiveLink, the tool is vendor-neutral: any solution supporting the technology qualifies as source or target.
A backup function preserves the initial state so a migration can be undone at the push of a button. Optional modules subsequently reconcile the meta information between SAP and the target archive.
