ZUGFeRD invoicing add-on for SAP®
Turns your existing SAP forms into ZUGFeRD-compliant invoices — without rebuilding the form layout.
The CaRD ZUGFeRD add-on sends your existing forms as PDFs compliant with the ZUGFeRD standard — with embedded structured invoice data, as electronic invoicing requires. Your form layout stays as it is.
A practical detail: for electronic dispatch the PDFs can be generated with a letterhead background, while print output continues to use pre-printed stationery — two output paths, one form. Besides e-mail dispatch, export into a defined directory is possible, as are archiving and linking with the delivery and further documents.
Optionally you also process your suppliers' invoice data: check it for correctness, release it for payment and archive it in the system. In addition, signed ZUGFeRD invoices can be created so it is provable that the metadata is unchanged and matches document and sender.
