The go-live weekend reveals whether the planning held up. This tool was developed specifically inside SAP to steer and manage joint projects — migration projects, for example — centrally. Tasks can be worked on in parallel without participants blocking each other.
Project management keeps an overview of current tasks, their status and the steps still open at all times. Besides a chat function, uploads and links are part of the scope, so agreements and documents stay attached to the task instead of disappearing into mailboxes.
