Anyone in day-to-day work looking at a customer or address number and wanting to know who is behind it switches to another transaction, searches, notes it down and comes back. Across dozens of cases a day that adds up.
With this add-on you display additional data directly in the F1 help. When someone opens the help on the relevant field, the matching address appears immediately for the customer or address number. Which fields are enriched with which information is up to you.
