ViewNIQ — CAD viewer for SAP®
Displays more than 400 CAD formats natively in the browser — with dimensioning, markups and model comparison, without rolling out a single CAD client.
ViewNIQ is the format-neutral CAD viewer that displays all common 2D and 3D formats natively over the web. More than 400 formats are supported — natively, not as a converted preview. That matters wherever precision counts: dimensioning, zooming and comparing revisions.
Through the integrated client-server architecture everyone involved views 3D models and 2D drawings in the browser, shares, comments and compares them. Markups and notes attach to individual objects and can be handed to colleagues — in purchasing, for example. All data and information stay managed in SAP PLM. Comparing 2D drawings and 3D models helps spot identical or near-identical designs before yet another variant is created.
The commercial lever is significant: a single viewer solution opens virtually every format in its various versions. Maintenance and rollout of dedicated CAD clients disappear. ViewNIQ is implemented platform-independently and runs accordingly broadly; besides the client-server variant, local offline installations are possible. Interfaces exist for SAP, COMOS, SharePoint and Teamcenter.
Licence models range from single to enterprise, separately for 2D and 3D functions. On request we implement individual interfaces and support setup and installation. For a demo installation with your own documents and SAP systems, just get in touch.
